Administrative Assistant Job Description
Job Description:
- Coordinate with India team for preparation of the invoice.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability.
- Coordinate with Sales team for order processing.
- Deposit payments into company bank account.
- Any other job which has been assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- 0-2 years of experience / Freshers are also welcome
- Previous experience in sales,customer service or other related fields will be added advantage
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
