Caregiver Job Description

Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) licensed in Washington, D.C.? Key Responsibilities:

Follow individualized care plans as directed by the Director of Nursing
Provide medication reminders and assist with toileting/incontinent care
Support personal hygiene and grooming needs
Assist residents to and from meals and help with meal ordering
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ quality of life
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

Valid/Current DC CNA or HHA License (Required)
Current CPR Certification (Required)
Prior facility or home health experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
