Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain cooking station (sauté, grill, fry, pantry, etc.) according to community guidelines
• Prepare appetizers, entrees, and desserts in a timely and sanitary manner
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Ensure proper seasoning and flavor of food
• Adhere to menu and dietary specifications for each meal
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station
• Assist with overall kitchen sanitation, including walk-ins and storage areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented with a "guest-first" attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
