Office Assistant Job Description
Work Timings - 11 am to 5 pm - Onsite - Monday to Friday.
Job Duties include
1. attending client calls and making detailed notes.
2. assisting in data entry projects and ensuring work is completed in the stipulated time.
3. Preparation of reports using Microsoft programs (e.g. Word, Excel)
4. Email/mail scheduled communications to clients
5. Schedule/confirm appointments
6. Maintain office calendars
7. Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
1. Highschool or higher graduate - with an interest to understand cybersecurity
2.Understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
3. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
