The Regional Sales Manager will direct sales activities to achieve regional goals and ensure maximum growth and profitability. The Regional Sales Manager will manage a small territory, prospecting and selling services and will also engage in direct business development activities related to personal activity and new business goals and will direct and support the work of regional Account Managers. Oversight will include regional sales planning and administration activities, achievement of profitability and expense goals, and adherence to corporate policy and procedures related to business development.
Qualifications:
Successful incumbent will have a minimum of 10 years related sales experience in a very professional selling environment. Experience in corporate relocation or related industry a plus!
Proven track record of sales/account management success in the western region a must!!!.
Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong commitment to customer service and quality.
Strategic territory management and tactical planning experience required.
Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present information to management, small groups, and customers.
Proven ability to operate as part of a team working towards accomplishments of shared goals. Treat others as peers in a team environment. Promote cooperation, cohesiveness, identification and synergy among individuals within the organization/department teams.
Ability to travel (minimum of 12 trips per year)
