Below are the responsibilities:

Recruit candidates within US with expertise in Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering
Negotiating terms, rates and agreements for consulting projects.
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment, placement and retention of IT professionals on contract and client maintenance.
Leverage online recruiting resources and own network to identify and recruit the very best candidates
Understanding and recruiting passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role
Sourcing resumes from different Job Portal sites like Dice, US Monster, JobDiva.
Analyze Clients information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.
