As a Hotel Sales Coordinator at Clarion Inn & Suites, you will serve as a key member of our sales and events team, ensuring seamless coordination of bookings and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will play a vital role in supporting sales initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the flawless execution of events. Your work will directly contribute to guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain team calendars.
- Prepare sales-related documents and keep client databases up to date.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and event details.
- Event & Meeting Coordination
- Support the booking and execution of meetings, conferences, and group events.
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, A/V equipment, setup, and guest needs.
- Ensure smooth on-site execution and high levels of client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and KPIs.
- Respond to sales leads, RFPs, and client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Client Relations & Communication
- Build and nurture positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to client requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales and event planning process.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate event and group requirements across departments to meet guest expectations.

- Technical Proficiency

- Experience with Choice Hotels Property Management System (PMS) and brand resources is highly preferred.
Education & Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality administration.
- Combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered.
- Strong background in customer service and sales support roles within the hotel industry.
