We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Wholesale/Redistribution team. This role involves assisting with departmental strategy, managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth pre-sale and post-sale processes. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and customer-focused, with a strong understanding of sales operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Wholesale/Redistribution team to monitor departmental progress and help develop effective sales strategies.
• Manage scheduling and the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of sales documents, including quotes and contracts.
• Prepare and track sales quotations, negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure services are aligned with client needs, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records for reporting and analysis by executive management.
• Process customer orders and build strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience in the food distribution industry;
• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience.
