 As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead and support your team in delivering an outstanding guest experience while overseeing the day-to-day operations of your shift. Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with energy, positivity, and an eye for detail.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet service and quality standards.
• Execute all shift responsibilities, including opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure seamless kitchen and dining room operations.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Recognize team members for great work and help foster a positive environment.
• Prepare the next shift for success through thoughtful planning and communication.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or shift management role is preferred.
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team with integrity and confidence.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, bending, etc.).
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) per local/state regulations.
