You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen—from food safety to menu development—ensuring that every dish reflects our high standards and guest expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing culinary team
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Execute flawless food presentation and preparation with attention to detail
• Manage kitchen costs: food purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and supplies
• Develop and introduce innovative menu items aligned with our brand and vision
• Supervise banquet or special event planning and execution (VIP events, weddings, galas)
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews
• Create staff schedules based on business needs
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting kitchen financials
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• Proven leadership with a collaborative and motivational management style
• Deep knowledge of food preparation, plating, and current culinary trends
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions, allergens, and special menu customization
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
