 We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing healthcare team. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and skilled in pharmacy operations. You'll play a vital part in supporting our pharmacists and healthcare providers in delivering safe, accurate, and timely medication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and dispensing medications, including IV preparations, under pharmacist supervision.
• Answer patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate medication records and manage inventory stock levels.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective medication therapy and critical care support.
• Educate patients on proper medication use, including inhalation therapies.
• Handle prescription refills, verify insurance, and process prior authorizations.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (preferred) or willingness to become certified.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience (hospital or clinical preferred); willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
