Key Responsibilities:

• Prescription Handling
• Accurately receive and verify prescription and refill requests under pharmacist supervision.
• Prepare and mix medications according to written prescriptions and established guidelines.
• File and label filled prescriptions, ensuring proper pricing and packaging.
• Inventory & Medication Management
• Maintain accurate inventory by receiving and storing incoming pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure medication availability, and dispose of expired drugs per safety protocols.
• Verify deliveries and reconcile invoices against orders.
• Customer Service & Communication
• Assist patients by answering basic questions or directing complex inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Establish and update patient profiles with accurate prescription history and personal information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Service-oriented with a professional attitude.
