Cashier Job Description

We are looking for a Barista/Team member at the Hello Kitty Grand Cafe - Santa Clara to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, prepare and bag pastries, distribute exclusive Hello Kitty Cafe merchandise, as well as provide quick service transactions at a register.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greet customers as they enter
Take orders while paying attention to details
Prepare beverages following recipes
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, cakes, and donuts
Receive and process payments (mobile and credit cards)
Keep the drink/espresso area clean
Maintain stock of exclusive merchandise
Comply with health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory
Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive teamwork environment

Skills:

Previous experience in food service and retail required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can upkeep hygiene and maintain store cleanliness
Flexibility to work various shifts
Exceptional ability in time and self management
Enthusiasm about the Sanrio brand and Hello Kitty products
