Office Assistant Job Description

Purpose For The Position:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly individual for a part-time office assistant/ receptionist position at our fast-paced, expanding multi-disciplinary clinic. As the receptionist, warmly welcoming our patients is the first step to providing a peaceful environment for healing.

Responsibilities:

Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Receiving payments
Cleaning rooms between patients
Keeping an organized work space
Maintaining confidentiality
Helping around the clinic as needed

Qualifications:

Have a background in customer service
Be dedicated and reliable

Benefits:

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
