Front Desk Agent Job Description
Beck’s Motor Lodge is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our small but mighty team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check guests in and out with a warm smile
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Think on your feet and resolve guest issues with good judgment and calm professionalism
- Assist guests with luggage and provide concierge-style recommendations
- Work independently and confidently, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during your shift
Rquirements:
- Comfortable working alone and making decisions independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Friendly, approachable, and service-minded
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends when needed
- Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus!
