2+ years kitchen experience (professional or pop-up, café or restaurant)
Comfort with Japanese ingredients and techniques — or an eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
A creative spirit and an eye for aesthetics and presentation
Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
Respect for cleanliness, organization, and health codes
