About the Role:
We are looking for an ITSM Administrator to manage, configure, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar) and a solid understanding of ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure ITSM tools to support incident, problem, change, and service request management
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tool availability
Support ITSM workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
Provide end-user support and training for ITSM tools
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
Ensure compliance with ITIL and organizational standards
