Front Desk Agent Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and welcoming them to the hotel.
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Handling customer requests and resolving issues that may arise with customers.
- Inform management of any guest- or system-related complaints or problems.
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
Experience: Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in the hotel/restaurant industry is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with a valid work visa.

- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and operations analysis.
