Front Desk Agent Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Greeting customers and welcoming them to the hotel.
· Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
· Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
· Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
· Handling customer requests and Resolving issues that may arise with customers.
· Inform management of any guest or systems related complaints or problems.
· Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
· Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
Experience
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
