Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer / SDET to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. This role involves building and executing test plans, designing automated frameworks, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.

Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API applications.

Ensure high-quality deliverables through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.

Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated tests.

Define and implement quality metrics and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in manual and automated testing.

Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for test automation.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest.

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).

Background in security testing or mobile app testing.
