Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test automation, scripting, and modern QA practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks to support continuous testing.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test strategies.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Identify, log, and track defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to release planning.

• Ensure test coverage and improve automation efficiency across projects.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, etc.).

• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).

• Familiarity with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based testing.

• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).

• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).

• Familiarity with containerization and Docker/Kubernetes environments.
