Sales Specialist Job Description

Are you energetic, friendly, and passionate about fashion and jewelry. Osiris Body at Salem Center is looking for a Sales Associate to help our customers find the perfect body jewelry and provide outstanding customer service. While we specialize in high-quality body jewelry, please note that we do not offer piercings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting body jewelry
Sharing knowledge about styles, materials, and types of jewelry
Keeping up with the latest promotions and new products
Ensuring the store stays clean, organized, and inviting
Processing sales accurately and efficiently
Supporting inventory management and restocking
Creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

Retail or sales experience is helpful but not required—we provide training!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A love for fashion, jewelry, and helping people express their style
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
