We’re seeking a driven and style-savvy Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our boutique. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer service, motivating the sales team, and ensuring smooth store functionality. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and inventory control
• Lead by example on the sales floor—engaging with customers, delivering top-tier service, and driving sales
• Support training and development of sales associates
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling
• Help plan and execute in-store promotions and product launches
• Step into the Store Manager role as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a retail leadership role (assistant manager or supervisor preferred)
• Proven background in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• A passion for fashion, with an eye for current menswear trends
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
