Chef Job Description

Our business is expanding, and we’re seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in elevated casual dining who is passionate about great service and ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all back-of-house culinary operations
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff
Develop and maintain staff schedules
Monitor food inventory and kitchen efficiency
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
Prior leadership experience in a kitchen environment
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a fast-paced kitchen
Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
