 The Grandview is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Beautician to enhance the well-being and confidence of our residents through expert grooming and personal care services. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to bring joy and comfort to those in our care by helping them look and feel their best.

Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts, shampooing, styling, and other hair care services in accordance with residents’ preferences.
• Offer basic skincare, nail care (manicures/pedicures), and other grooming services as needed.
• Foster warm, respectful, and positive interactions with residents to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary salon space, adhering to all state board regulations and health standards.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage time to accommodate the facility’s routines.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and any client preferences or concerns.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Beautician in good standing in the state.
• Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare/long-term care setting is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client comfort and satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and reliability.
