We are seeking an AT&T Customer Representative to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic marketing and sales campaigns for our clients. The AT&T Customer Representative will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, and developing strategic ways to implement our systems. A competent entry-level business development representative will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to achieve increased performance.

Responsibilities for our AT&T Customer Representative:

• Educate and interact directly with consumers on new services or promotions
• Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental strategies and top-tier customer service
• Develop best practices surrounding the use of systems to drive team business objectives
• Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regard to business strategies on requested management
• Collaborate with the assistant management team to create new promotional campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
• Participate in training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
• Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skills
• Team management and mentorship

Qualifications for our AT&T Customer Representative:

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required
• 1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role is highly desirable
• Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one’s professional skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
• An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
