We strive to provide our customers with quality products at a fair price with exceptional service. Our office is located in east Carrollton near the Plano border. We are looking for an honest, hardworking, detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to work well under pressure.

General Office Responsibilities:

• Order and stock building, office and breakroom supplies and products
• Maintain office equipment – supplies and maintenance, schedule service when necessary
• Printing needs –business cards, letterhead, envelopes, custom binders, etc.
• Showroom management – scheduling and catering needs
• Trade Show Events – booth reservation, registration, travel arrangements
• Maintain installation subcontractors Certificate of Insurance records - new set-up and renewals
• Monthly Cooperative vendor reporting and fee payments
• Bid response support, as needed
• Mail distribution and UPS invoice review
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

• Basic accounting knowledge – primarily accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
• Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee information
