SINGH & SINGH Distribution, NJ are looking for full time Office Associate. They need someone who can work independently as well as with the office team, to ensure constant workflow.

DUTIES CONSISTS OF:

•    Prepare and update records and database in Quick Books & Excel.
•    Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered.
•    Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
•    Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
•    Prepare reports and docs as assigned.
•    Coordinating office activities and daily operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
•    Manage phone calls related to logistics, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
•    Maintaining Calendar.
•    Paper management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Outlook 365, Word & Excel.
•    Basic knowledge Quick Books.  
•    Must speak English and Hindi.
•    Should be multi-tasking.
•    Time management skills. 
•    Takes attention to details.  
•    Office timing 9:00 to 6:00 pm., Monday to Friday.
•    Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.
