This is a part-time role (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM). We’re looking for a loving and dependable daycare assistant to join our large licensed in-home daycare in Santa Clara. You’ll help support a group of toddlers in their daily routines — including diaper changes, outdoor play supervision, feeding, clean-up, and engaging children in songs, stories, and activities. Daily responsibilities include: Supervising and engaging children during play-based learning Diapering and helping with potty training as needed Supporting meal and snack times Cleaning up play and meal areas Helping maintain a calm and safe environment Requirements: 1+ year experience with infants or toddlers (formal or informal okay) Must be reliable and communicative Fingerprint clearance, TB test, and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to get them) Must love singing, silly dancing, and toddler messes We're a small team and value warmth, flexibility, and humor — if that sounds like your vibe, apply now!
