Supervision and Safety:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during all activities.
Monitoring children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
Supervising children during playtime, meals, and transitions between activities.
Following established safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Daily Care:

Assisting with basic needs like diaper changes, feeding, and toileting.
Helping children with personal hygiene, such as handwashing.
Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
Following specific parent instructions regarding feeding, nap times, and special needs.

Activity Implementation and Support:

Assisting with the setup and implementation of age-appropriate activities.
Supporting lead teachers in delivering educational lessons and playtime activities.
Encouraging children's participation and engagement in activities.
Helping maintain a clean and organized learning environment.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
Providing updates to parents on their child's activities and progress.
