 Join the Sprouts Farmers Market team as a Head Cashier, where you’ll lead by example to ensure smooth front-end operations and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll supervise a team of cashiers, assist with daily store operations, and help maintain a clean and secure store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-end team performance, offering guidance and support at registers
• Resolve customer concerns and assist with transactions as needed
• Schedule and monitor staff breaks in compliance with policy and state laws
• Ensure restrooms, parking areas, and register stations are clean and well-stocked
• Observe exit areas for loss prevention and security concerns
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Enforce store policies and assist with performance management

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Comfortable using POS systems, calculators, and scanners
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Physically able to lift 30 lbs. and move carts with up to 35 lbs. of force
