Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cashiers. As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience through accurate transactions and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Accurately process customer transactions using cash, credit, and debit payments
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times
• Stay informed on weekly ad items and product locations throughout the store
• Support merchandising tasks, including shelf stocking, facing, and dusting
• Communicate effectively with the Front End Manager and Head Cashier
• Follow all front-end procedures and execute other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Able to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform repetitive tasks
