Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow processes, including pharmacist verification and packaging
• Review and evaluate medication orders for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations (CT Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support a team-oriented, customer-focused pharmacy environment
• Uphold all company policies and standards
• Additional managerial duties to be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Active CT Pharmacist License required
• Familiarity with document management systems such as DocuTrack or ECM preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software
• Capable of resolving workflow issues and supporting team members

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to stand for long durations during an 8-hour shift
