SINGH & SINGH Distribution in SOUTH PLAINFIELD NJ are looking for full time Office Sales Associate. They need someone who can work with clients as well as with other office staff to ensure constant work flow.

Duties consist of:

• Receiving and making sales call to take orders, creating packing slip and convert to Invoices using Quick Book Enterprise.
• Person must be able to understand products and pricing so they are able to confidently explain  to clients.
• Ensuring products accountability.
• As orders are consistently coming in, paperwork needs to be organized on daily basis.
• Must Speak English & Hindi.
• Knowledge of Quick Books Enterprise is a plus.
• Office timing 9 to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must have a Legal Status to work in the United States.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable and Data Entry tasks when required.

Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Valid work visa, US Citizen, or Green Card holder.
• Background in Trade - Retail / Wholesale is a plus.
