Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sections based on what outfits they are looking for · Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and create a tailored offering for what the customer is shopping for · Show a willingness to learn the available product offerings and begin developing an expertise to increase sales conversion with customers · Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service · Complete customer bills with accurate customer information and appropriate inventory sales within POS system · Support quarterly inventory reconciliation process in current point-of-sale (POS) system to maintain accurate inventory counts within stock · ADVANCED: cross-sell products to increase overall sales transaction size · ADVANCED: Develop an expertise and specialization in the bridal wear category by styling brides, grooms, and the relevant additional parties (parents, siblings, bridal party) for all wedding events · Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment · Available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and all holidays
