We seek a detail oriented, dynamic and passionate individual that will meet and exceed sales targets, grow share and optimize sales in a way that aligns with the Company’s strategies. This role will grow existing key accounts and develop a pipeline of new key account business that will deliver incremental sales. This person will consistently deliver professionalism, service, guidance and ideas to the company and customers on how to grow the business and each brand under the Tank Stream Design umbrella. This full-time position will work closely with the Tank Stream Leadership team in growing Tank Stream brands across the U.S.
Tank Stream Design, Inc. is based on the Gold Coast, Australia and an office in Southern California. With about 80 team members, our company designs and develops unique beach orientated lifestyle brands. Our resort clothing brand for children and our fashion accessories/headwear brand are both market leaders. While maintaining a relatively low profile, both classifications occupy significant premium retail space both in Australia and internationally. From humble beginnings, we have experienced continuous growth over our 17 years of operation and we now wholesale our products all over Australia, New Zealand, the U.K, and the USA. We have established an excellent reputation for innovative and quality products.
Job Requirements
• Grow market share and sales in target accounts.
• Conduct seasonal line presentations.
• Implement brand direction, brand image and growth strategies.
• Negotiate prime retail floor space according to TSD strategy & requirements.
• Provide business guidance and partnership to customers and internal TSD team.
• Sales efforts are focused on sell-through, service excellence and merchandising excellence.
• Providing business guidance and partnership to accounts.
• Set-up and maintain “min-max” programs on key/basic styles, optimize assortments, provide plan-o-grams, optimize stock levels and order frequency according to TSD strategies and initiatives.
• Provide best-in-class service, strengthen and build relationships, create a value-added tools and plans for each account.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports that review and discuss customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
You must have:
• Minimum of 5 years sales rep experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Key Account sales experience.
• Buying experience preferred.
