Join our team at Island Hospitality and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Changing sheets and towels
• Restocking toiletries and guest amenities
• Dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning all areas of the guest rooms
• Rearranging rooms following guest check-out
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained in line with brand and Island Hospitality standards
• Notify supervisors of any damages, maintenance needs, or disturbances
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Highly motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in fast-paced or stressful situations
• Approachable, professional demeanor with strong guest service skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently
• Flexible with weekly scheduling based on guest occupancy and hotel needs
