HIRING: Housekeeper/Family Helper (Arlington, VA) $1,500–$3,500/month | Based on experience & hours | Overtime + Growth We are a young and busy family in Arlington, VA, looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking housekeeper & family helper to support our household. 

This is a long-term position with room to grow—perfect for someone honest and proactive who takes pride in their work. 

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping, organizing, tidying, and light cleaning (use a professional monthly cleaning service) 
• Meal preparation and routine cooking (South Asian cuisine preferred) 
• Running errands, occasional scheduling, and basic administrative tasks 
• Optional: Driving to appointments or for groceries (car provided if you have a valid license) 

Ideal Candidate:

• Speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Pashto, or any other South Asian language (fluency in English is preferred but not required) 
• Has some experience in housekeeping, hospitality, childcare or home management (flexible for the right fit) 
• Able to cook routine home-style meals 
• Is dependable, respectful, and professional
