Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet every member and guest entering the studio.
• Present and explain the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) workout concept to prospective clients.
• Handle front desk duties, including phone calls, scheduling, and assisting members.
• Conduct studio tours and guide new guests through their first workout.
• Sell memberships and support studio growth goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Address member concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Support local marketing, outreach, and community events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
