 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately while promoting services like Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates, including changes to store layout, fixtures, and merchandise placement
• Stay informed on current fashion and pop culture trends and share feedback with store leadership and HQ partners
• Help reduce shrink by following store policies and procedures related to theft prevention
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock room
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily operational goals
• Complete other tasks as assigned by store leadership

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• A genuine interest in pop culture and philanthropy
• Minimum age requirement: 16 years
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
