Fresh Ideas is seeking a high energy, self-confident individual to learn about and sell RTE products produced in our Charlestown, Ma. Production facility. Our ideal candidate will be a friendly and a comfortable conversationalist who is excited in learning the trade and comfortable in front of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develops customer base for our extensive line of fresh processed vegetables and prepared salads under FDA and USDA. Foodservice and Retail.
• Markets Fresh Ideas Company as the premier fresh produce and protein salad manufacturer for New England.
• Develops intricate knowledge of the products produced by Fresh Ideas and Sensational Salads and their advantages over the competition.
• Develops knowledge of our SQF (Safe Quality Foods) superior food safety program and markets same to customers.
• Maintains/builds/manages relationships with existing customers
• Develops sales with new customers.
• Professionally manages sales territory with focus on face to face customer interaction.
• Communicates effectively and communicates issues in a professional manner to the company.
• Provides timely competitive reporting for market retail and foodservice.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
