Sales Representative Job Description

We are hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join Peppermint Park Camping Resort. This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a key role in driving reservations and sales for our seasonal and transient sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and confirm reservations for transient and seasonal campers

  • Provide timely updates on reservation status and leads

  • Answer all calls and emails related to reservations, site shuffling, or guest requests

  • Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and online inquiries

  • Work closely with the team to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Ability to work independently, minimum 40 hours per week

  • Prior sales or hospitality/reservation experience preferred (but not required)

Compensation:

 

  • Base salary: $3,000/month

  • 10% cash incentive on every reservation booked – with potential to drive over $500,000 in annual reservation sales

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the achievement of our sales targets. Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

  • Perform data entry tasks and manage customer records efficiently
  • Participate in telemarketing initiatives to generate leads and increase sales

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $2500 monthly. This range is a reflection of the skills, experiences and qualifications the ideal candidate would bring to the role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or possess EAD / TN, H4, F1, or OPT status. They should have a minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in the sales or retail distribution sector.
