 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role involves working closely with seniors and individuals with disabilities, providing both physical and emotional support in a home or facility setting.

Responsibilities:

• Able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin, English. (Chinese is a BIG PLUS)
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe environment by observing clients for any signs of distress or changes in behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as needed.
• Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests.
• Provide direct support for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities when required.
