The Administrative Assistant is responsible for aiding management in staff capacity by coordinating office services, assisting with budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control and special administrative and clerical duties.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the Vice President and Directors of Relationship Marketing with request as needed.
Supports Relationship Marketing department team of 30 on an as needed basis.
Prepares VP of Relationship Marketing dinner, golf, and flight reservations.
Works closely with legal department ensuring contracts/non-compete agreements are signed.
Coordinates with IT department to have log in credentials created for newly hired and transferred team members.
Monitor experse reports, budgets, credit card, hotel vouchers and invoices to ensure completion or for payment..
Assists with analyzing of processes and procedures
Performs all administrative and clerical duties as required and instructed. Inclusive of answering multiple phones lines, properly routing calls and accurate message taking.
Studies methods of improving work measurements on performance standards.
Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data.
Prepares departmental reports review and answer correspondence. May direct services such as maintenance repair, supplies, mail and files. May compile, store and retrieve management data, using a computer.
Review and keeps records of department’s financial data.
Ensuring office are is tidy for vising clients.
Other duties as assigned.
