Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our information technology systems based out of Bristol, PA. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring robust IT and data security, driving automation for efficiency, and coordinating effectively across departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also cost-conscious, and results oriented with an experience in fast moving consumer products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Management: Oversee procurement, maintenance, and upgrading of IT hardware and software. Ensure seamless integration across platforms and departments.
2. Application Development and Management: Lead the development, deployment, and management of custom applications to support business and operational needs, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet functional requirements.
3. Sales Force and CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize CRM and sales force automation tools for improved sales operations and customer engagement.
4. IT Security Management: Implement and maintain robust IT security protocols. Conduct regular risk assessments according to the law of the land, and update security measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
5. Data Security and Protection: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data through effective data management policies, including storage, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
6. Automation and Futurism: Identify and implement automation opportunities for efficiency and to position the company for future technological advancements. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential applications.
7. Interdepartmental Coordination and Support: Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with business goals. Provide technical support and guidance where needed.
8. Feedback Integration and Continuous Improvement: Regularly solicit feedback from departmental heads to identify areas of improvement. Implement changes to enhance IT services and support.
9. Cost Management and Budgeting: Manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. Include cost-benefit analyses for IT investments.
10. Strategic IT Planning: Develop and execute a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Anticipate future IT needs and plan accordingly.
11. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements.
12. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws and regulations of the land, particularly those related to data privacy and protection.
13. Project Management: Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project objectives. Be an IT bridge between the operations team in US and India.
14. Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain a business continuity plan to minimize disruption in the event of IT system failures or other emergencies.
15. User Training and Support: Develop training programs for end-users on new systems and applications. Provide ongoing support to maximize the utility of IT tools.
16. Technology Research and Innovation: Research new technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve business processes and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 10 years of rich experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational environment focusing on USA.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, CRM systems, and IT security, especially from a Point of View of warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading IT projects and implementing technology-driven business solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
