Required Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organization skills.

Preferred, Not Required Qualifications

• 3 years of documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements.
• 3 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira.
• 2 years of documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
• 1 year of documented work experience with the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program
