IT Project Manager Job Description

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in:
- Eliciting requirements and creating well-written system requirements.
- Software development life cycles (SDLCs).
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
- Developing user stories and use cases.
- Designing mockups and/or wireframes.
5 years of demonstrated strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organization skills.

Preferred, Not Required Qualifications

3 years of documented work experience with the requirements management software Modern Requirements.
3 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software Atlassian Jira.
2 years of documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
1 year of documented work experience with the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program
