Job Title: Python / AI-ML Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a Python / AI-ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on LLM agents, backend APIs, and user-facing integrations to deliver real-world, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agents using frameworks like LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK

• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases

• Develop scalable backend APIs using FastAPI

• Fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models using modern MLOps practices

• Test, monitor, and improve agent performance and reliability

• Collaborate with front-end teams or build basic UI components using React/TypeScript

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Python in AI/ML development

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks

• Experience with model fine-tuning and vector databases

• Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Docker, and cloud deployment

• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, or Next.js)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• Open-source contributions in AI/ML

• Experience with async programming, streaming APIs, or WebSockets
