The role involves providing administrative support to our sales and customer service teams, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with general administration duties. You will be expected to work full-time and possess a valid work visa.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to sales and customer service teams.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial duties.
• Perform clerical duties to aid in the smooth running of the office.

Salary

The selected candidate can expect a competitive hourly wage between $18 - $22.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or a related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software.

Skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage accounts receivable effectively.
