Full Time Delivery Driver Jobs in Road Runner Delivery Sunnyvale, CA

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages from warehouse to destination. Load shipments into delivery vehicle individually

Responsibilities:

• Perform frequent lifting of packages (up to 70 pounds)
• Inspect delivery vehicle for defects and safe operating condition before, during, and after trips and submit a Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) on the condition of the vehicle at the end of each shift
• Safely operate and navigate a GVWR 10,000 lbs or less delivery van for up to 10 hours, making 150+ stops per shift, in all weather conditions
• Perform all steps to a successful delivery so that Road Runner Delivery is able to keep its promise to customers (100% on time service and delivery)
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work weekends
• Valid Driver's License with fewer than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in last 3 years
• Ability to meet DOT regulations and guidelines pertaining to the physical qualifications for commercial drivers
• Ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment 4-Panel Drug Test (Opiates, PCP, Cocaine, and Amphetamines) and Background Check
