We are a customer-centric laundry pickup & delivery service, and we are seeking a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for picking-up and delivering customer orders in a secure, safe and timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Safe and timely pickup & delivery of customers orders
• Load and unload items from vehicle to the operations center
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Follow company policies and procedures for delivery operations

Qualifications:

•  Must have a personal vehicle (preferably a truck/van) with valid insurance
•  Must be at least 19 years old
•  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•  Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
•  Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
•  Strong attention to detail and time management skills
•  Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
•  Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
