Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to act as the on-site Guest Experience & Property Coordinator for our short-term rental home. This role is essential in ensuring our property is maintained to the highest standards and that guests have a smooth, enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-in/Check-out Coordination:
Be present at the property during guest check-ins and check-outs to greet guests (if needed) and ensure all standards are met.
Conduct walk-throughs before check-ins to confirm cleanliness, functionality of appliances, and general readiness.
